  • State End of Year Newsletter Deadline November 15, 2026 All information must be to the Media Coordinator by this date. All Districts should provide information.
  • Dorothy Tate Scholarship Application Due December 1, 2026 Submit Dorothy Tate applications to your District Coordinator in time for them to bring them to the next Board meeting for consideration.
  • State Membership Dues and Member Information Report December 1, 2026 All the state membership dues and changes in member contact information are due to the State Treasurer by this date.  These inputs will be combined into the 2024 AHCL Membership list that will support delivery of the Spring AHCL Newsletter.
  • AHCL Club Project Support Grant Applicatipn Due December 1, 2026 Submit grant applications to your District Coordinator in time for them to bring them to the next Board meeting for consideration.
  • County Officer Information Due January 1, 2027 All County Officer information is due to the State President and your District Coordinator by this date.
  • Club Officer Information Due January 1, 2027 All Club Officer information is due to your County President and your District Coordinator by this date.
  • State Newsletter Deadline January 25, 2027 All information must be to the Media Coordinator by this date. All Districts should provide information.
  • County Awards Report Due to State Treasurer February 1, 2027 County Award Forms must be to the State Treasurer by this date.
  • Club Program Of Work Awards Report February 1, 2027 Return This Form To Your County President
  • Club Awards Report Due to County Treasurer February 1, 2027 Club Award Forms must be to the County Treasurer by this date.  The information on these forms supports the club and county awards for 2023 that will be presented at your 2024 District meeting.  This form is mailed directly from the Club to the State Treasurer.
