As a member you have access to resources to help you and your club be successful. The menu below can help you apply for grants and scholarships, register for conference, send money to the State Treasurer, file achievement reports, nominate Board members, and register membership updates.
Leadership:
- Blue Book This is a compilation of the Bylaws, history, and Procedures for the AHCL. It’s referred to as “The Blue Book” because it used to be provided to the State, County and Club Presidents in a blue folder. It is currently being reviewed by the Board for updates, so may undergo further revisions by 2024.
Membership:
- Club Awards Report Form The purpose of this form is to report on State membership activity within your Club over the previous year. Your Club’s Treasurer fills this form out and provides it to the County Treasurer by 1 January. The County Treasurer then forwards the information to the State Treasurer by 1 February.
- AHCL New Member/Information Change Form Your Club Treasurer fills out this form and provides the information to the County Treasurer as new members are added to the club, or as information for existing members changes. The County Treasurer then forwards the information to the State Treasurer.

Funds
- AHCL State Dues and Contribution Form Use when sending monies to State Treasurer, such as member dues, scholarship donations, project donations, etc.
- AHCL Grant Application form For clubs to request grant funds.
Club Reports
- Club Officers Provide this completed form to your County President and District Coordinator by 1 January of each year listing your Club’s officers for that coming year.
- Club Program of Work Awards Report Provide this completed form to your County President before 1 February of each year summarizing your Club’s Program of Work accomplishments throughout the previous year.
- Club President’s Achievement Report Provide this completed form to your County President before 15 February each year listing all of the projects worked by your Club during the previous year.
County Reports
- County Officers Provide this completed form to your State President and District Coordinator by 1 January of each year listing your County’s officers for that coming year.
- County Program of Work Awards Report Provide this completed form to your District Coordinator before 1 March of each year summarizing your County’s Program of Work accomplishments throughout the previous year.
- County Presidents Achievement Report Provide this completed form to your State Vice President before 1 March each year listing all of the projects worked by your County during the previous year.
State Conference
- AHCL Cultural Arts Check In Sheet County First Place Winners Make two copies and bring to State Cultural Arts Competition at the October Annual State Conference
- AHCL Cultural Arts Item Identification Cards Each Cultural Arts entry brought to AHCL State Conference must have an ID card attached.
- Annual State Conference Registration Form Due to the State Treasurer in mid-September (see date on form)
- AHCL Board Member Nomination Form Fill out as directed on this form to nominate yourself or another AHCL member to be elected to serve on the Board.
